Reservations and BookingsAll bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service provider (e.g., hotel, tour operator, or transport provider). Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reservation details. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during booking, including names, dates, and contact details, is accurate. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
Some bookings may require advance payment or a deposit, which will be clearly stated during the booking process. Failure to make required payments by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of any fees paid.

All prices are quoted in the currency displayed and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. For certain bookings, such as non-refundable rates, full payment may be required at the time of booking. In the event of unauthorized use of your payment method, you should contact your bank or card issuer. We are not responsible for any charges resulting from fraud or misuse, though we will assist in resolving disputes where possible.

Travel RequirementsYou are responsible for ensuring compliance with all travel requirements, including valid passports, visas, and health documentation (e.g., vaccination records). We are not responsible for any costs or losses resulting from failure to meet these requirements. We recommend checking with the relevant embassy or consulate for up-to-date entry requirements before travel.
Liability and DisclaimersWe act as an intermediary between you and the service providers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, or omissions by service providers, including cancellations, delays, or failure to deliver services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your travel arrangements. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Force MajeureIn the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics), we or the service provider may cancel or modify your booking. In such cases, we will attempt to offer alternative arrangements or refunds, subject to the service provider’s policies, but we are not obligated to provide compensation for losses incurred.
